Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping Transit Time
We ship via United Parcel Service. Shipping rates for USA and Canada are based on standard ground rates. Our warehouse is located on the West Coast, so expect ground shipping transit time of 3 business days to the West Coast and about 7 to 10 business days for the East coast. Expedited or Priority rates takes 3-5 business days.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and the Canadian Maritime Provinces
Shipping rates cost extra for territories outside the Continental USA. Contact us for a quote.
RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original date of delivery for a refund.
To return a product in compliance with Simple Remote Control’s satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within the guarantee return period. Please contact our customer service department at info@simpleremotecontrol.com. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days within which return products must be received by Simple Remote Control. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Simple Remote Control will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Simple Remote Control. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in resellable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Simple Remote Control’s Return Procedure will be breached and Simple Remote Control may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
Simple Remote Control will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. All returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
